It’s also important to know that you should dilute your essential oils before application. You can do this by diluting with a carrier oil and creating your own mixture. If you already have a favorite moisturizer or cream, you can add the oil to that before applying it.
In case you’re unsure about any type of oil, it’s always safe to double-check with your dermatologist, especially if you are allergy-prone. You can also do a patch test on your skin first, then wait 24 hours and see how well it does with your body.
