It’s not often that one of the most iconic forces in music offers up her beauty secrets, but pop superstar Britney Spears showed in a 2016 interview that she’s all about spreading the knowledge.

During an interview with Cosmopolitan UK, the “Toxic” star shared her “biggest piece of beauty advice,” and it involves this affordable soap-free cleanser by Origins.

While stressing that it is important to “take care of your skin,” the pop star delved into a bit more detail about her beauty routine, emphasizing that she removes her makeup and cleanses her skin “every night.”

“First I’ll remove my makeup with a wipe, then I love to use the Origins Pure Cleanser,” she told the publication. “I think Origins are really good as they’re made with more natural ingredients, but still have a lot of science behind the products.”

So, why does Spears swear by this particular cleanser? She explained that she’s a fan because it “always leaves my face feeling really soft, and I can get rid of that ‘caked in makeup’ feeling.”

Aside from the product being icon-approved, it’s also an everyday consumer favorite, with several shoppers contributing to its overall 4.6-star customer rating.

The cleanser, which is said to specialize in hydrating and cleansing the skin, is soap-free and formulated with carrot oil and glycerin to “gently cream away makeup, dirt and moisture-stealing debris without parching skin.” For even further convenience, the cleanser can also either be rinsed or tissued off.

One particular reviewer dubbed this cleanser “a staple product of everyday use” before admitting to having to re-purchase it “over and over again.”

“This is a clean, easy to apply product that I use before my plantscription cleanser,” the reviewer wrote. “The smell is light and refreshing, almost minty, if any smell at all. It’s a must for a face routine. And, I do have sensitive skin, so this does not irritate, only refreshes!”
