Even if you don’t have the patio space to house a garden, it doesn’t mean you can’t grow your own produce. And given the fact we live in a time when groceries are limited, having access to fresh herbs and veggies can come in handy.

While gardens come in many shapes and sizes, there’s actually one that can fit on your kitchen countertop. The AeroGarden Harvest 360 Garden System allows you to grow different herbs and vegetables right from inside your home.

Although that might sound messy, this one actually doesn’t require any soil. And it doesn’t seem to require any sun either. Rather, the plants mature thanks to these LED grow-lights that hang above the garden system. They turn on and off automatically so you don’t have to worry about calculating if your plants have had enough “sun.”

And if you’re one to forget about watering your plants, this one alerts you when your garden needs more food and water. Plus, it comes with six seed pods to get your garden party started. According to the product description, you’ll get Genovese basil, curly parsley, dill, mint, thyme, Thai basil as well as some Miracle-Gro plant food.

Additionally, it weighs only five pounds and stands just over 17 inches tall.

Although some gardens can be difficult to set up, one reviewer pointed out that the AeroGarden Harvest 360 Garden System is easy to assemble.

“This was super easy to set up and we already have sprouts less than a week later,” they wrote. “As someone who does not have a green thumb, I trust that I can keep this going. It’s been a fun project with my 2nd grader! Looking forward to harvesting some fresh herbs!”

Another reviewer mentioned that despite the long wait time they experienced in seeing results, it was worth the wait.

“I can honestly say, it works,” they wrote. “Had to be patient for the pods to germinate but once I saw the initial growth, they took off. I was able to start light harvesting within a couple weeks. Today, about a month after I plugged it in, I cook with fresh herbs. Really nice:)”
