As you’re spending more time at home, subscription services that deliver essentials to you — whether its meal kits, beauty products or personal care items — have never been more helpful. And as one who loves the ritual of getting the same Starbucks order every morning, I’ve had to get creative when it comes to my new coffee game.
I already obsess over the clothing subscription DAILYLOOK, household essentials delivery service Grove Collaborative and FaceTory’s K-Beauty sheet masks box, so of course, Trade’s coffee subscription is next on my list to try. And for my fellow coffee addicts out there, you’re going to love the selection.
What’s so unique about Trade coffee’s subscription plan is, to get started, you first take a short six-question quiz to find your perfect coffee match. The quiz asks you about your general coffee knowledge, how you make coffee at home, if you add anything to your coffee, what type of roast you like, how you like your coffee to taste and more to get an overall picture of your coffee preferences.
You’ll then be matched with the one coffee Trade suggests trying out first, and you can buy one or two bags in ground or whole bean form, and then you’ll select your delivery frequency, which is every one, two or three weeks. But if you prefer to shop without any suggestions from Trade, all the coffee is marked with a taste profile, including types like Roasty & Smoky, Balanced & Fruity, Sweet & Smooth, Funky & Fruit and more. It’s worth noting that if you need to pause your subscription, you can place it on hold for up to six weeks.
If you’re the type who loves to adventure to local coffee shops while traveling, think of this as your way of testing out locally sourced coffee in the comfort of your own home. It’s a win-win situation — getting delicious coffee shipped directly to you from. Plus, Trade works with a 52 of the nation’s top roasters and more than 400 different blends, so you’ll always have a new blend to test out.
Thanks to Trade, you don’t ever have to run out of coffee — or shop in a store for it — again, especially with Trade’s option to buy in bulk with its five-pound bags. Below we’ve rounded up a few blends that look super tasty, but you can start your subscription by filling out the quiz here. And in case you need an upgrade on coffee makers and other cool gadgets, Trade’s got you covered in that area, too.
