I’m a sucker for iced coffee any time of the year. However, instead of paying a whopping $5 every time I need to refuel, I prefer to make my brews at home.
If you also prefer to save money by brewing your own iced beverages at home, then you need a Hyperchiller. This handy gadget will chill your coffee (or any other beverage you want super cold) in under a minute.
Dubbed as a “beverage igloo,” the Hyperchiller is one of those kitchen gadgets you never knew you needed, but is actually super useful. The equivalent of 30 ice cubes in your drink, the Hyperchiller chills any beverage without diluting it, which is the worst part of attempting to make DIY iced coffee at home. No one likes a watery and tasteless iced coffee!
Shop: Hyperchiller, $36
As a multi-chamber, double-walled, stainless steel container, the Hyperchiller will chill hot beverages up to 130 degrees Fahrenheit. If you want to make sure your Hyperchiller is ready to go at all times, you can store it in your freezer so it’s always nice and cool. When you’re ready for that cold brew, simply take it out of the freezer and pour in your coffee — and in less than 60 seconds your drink will be chilled to perfection.
One of the best things about the Hyperchiller is that it actually works to cool two drinks back-to-back. However, if you like drinking large coffees in the morning, the Hyperchiller unfortunately only has a 12-ounce capacity.
The Hyperchiller since it’s dishwasher-safe, so clean-up is a breeze, too. That’s in a win-win in our book.
