Jason Momoa’s lifestyle brand is making face masks for charity

Jason Momoa is the latest celebrity to go beyond his comfort zone to help those affected by the global pandemic.

On The Roam, the actor’s lifestyle brand that sells shoes, bags and climbing gear, is collaborating with So iLL and Snake Bite Co. to create face masks.

Momoa announced the production of the masks and his intent to use them to raise money for charity in an Instagram post.

He shared a video of himself trying on one of the mask prototypes alongside his son.

“You look like a ninja,” 11-year-old Wolfie told his dad in the video.

Momoa made the initial announcement about the masks on April 21.

“I’m stoked we should be ready in the next few weeks to do our part,” he wrote in his caption.

This isn’t the first time Momoa has reached out to those in need during the global pandemic — he also donated thousands of cans of his Mananalu water to the Navajo Nation. Here’s hoping other wealthy celebrities will follow suit with their generosity.
