A California home currently on the market for $1 million is making headlines for reasons beyond its luscious landscaping and ample amenities.
5649 Hillside Drive, a 1,872-square-foot, five-bed, three-bath home in Felton, California, is currently listed on real-estate site Zillow alongside photos of the dwelling’s ample grounds, magnificent surrounding trees, charming wooden decks and, most notably, its resident Bigfoot.

Daniel Oster, a realtor with Coldwell Banker, told Insider he had just completed a standard photo shoot at the home when he decided at the last minute that adding Sasquatch to some of the featured images might make the home stand out β particularly since the town it is situated in boarders Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, where reported sightings of the mythical creature are common.
“It just kept coming to mind, I thought it might be fun and make people smile,” Oster told the outlet. “Home buying is kind of an adventure, and I wanted to make it a surprise.”
After getting permission from the homeowner, Oster got to work, posing his costumed Bigfoot in different scenes around the massive home.
Here’s the creature chilling in the master bedroom.

Here’s Bigfoot again, cooking up something sweet in the kitchen.

If you direct your attention to the garden, you’ll see Sasquatch trimming some flowers.

….and working out in the basement….

…and enjoying coffee on the porch…

And finally, getting ready for a quick outing while wearing a face mask β how socially conscious!

At the time of publication, the home was still on the market β but Bigfoot is sadly not included.
