Organization is key – so is cleaning, storage, gardening, and more. In this series, you’ll learn various tips and tricks to make gardening, grilling and even sewing easier. No matter the problem, there’s a Home Hack for that!

It’s not uncommon to find most of the activity happening in your house to happen in the kitchen, as opposed to the living room or family room. Because let’s face it, preparing meals (or just grabbing a snack) is a great way to bring people together and allow them to spend time with each other at home.

If you have a small kitchen, there are a ton of creative things that you can easily implement in your house to make the most of your space. Check out the video above to see these smart hacks in action, and keep reading to get all of the details.

Do you consistently find yourself referencing the same handful of recipes or have trouble tracking down that recipe you tore out of a magazine? If so, try adding a corkboard to the inside of one of your cabinets and use it as a place to pin recipes, grocery lists and other meal inspiration.

If you need extra counter space, place a small cutting board over an open drawer — just remember not to put too much weight on it! And if space is tight in your freezer, try putting your sauces in bags that can be stacked up, instead of clunky plastic containers, and use magazine racks as make-shift shelves.
