It seems like everyone is making bread right now, and those of us with absolutely no talent when it comes to baking are feeling a bit left out.
Fortunately, you don’t need access to an elusive sourdough starter or even yeast to bake this masterpiece — it only requires two ingredients.
Though the recipe has been circulating for years, food and travel blogger Rachel Samson’s Instagram post brought it back into the public eye.
All it takes is 2 cups of ice cream and 1 1/4 cups of self-rising flour.
Start by scooping your ice cream into a bowl and setting it aside until it melts. After that, mix the melted concoction and the flour into a baking pan.
Samson added sprinkles to the mix then popped it into the oven at 350 for 20 minutes, and voilà — a delicious loaf of bread, or cake, depending on your affinity for sweetness.
She also topped it with even more ice cream, and honestly, that might be the move. Gorgeous.
