With her iconic movies, adorable clothing line and hilarious personality, we don’t need another reason to love Reese Witherspoon. But it turns out that on top of everything else, she also gives great book recommendations.

Reese’s Book Club is the perfect resource when you are hunting for your next read. And since the actress suggests a new book (and YA book) each month, there’s no shortage of recs from Reese.

For November, Reese selected the book “Group: How One Therapist and a Circle of Strangers Saved My Life” by Christie Tate. According to her book club post, this memoir follows a young woman battling loneliness and insecurity who eventually finds strength through her therapy group.

Reese said: “Every page of this incredible memoir by Christie Tate had me thinking, ‘I wish I had read this book when I was 25. It would have helped me so much!‘”

The book’s product page describes it as “a deliciously addictive story, and with Christie as our guide — skeptical of her own capacity for connection and intimacy, but hopeful in spite of herself — we are given a front row seat to the daring, exhilarating, painful, and hilarious journey that is group therapy.”

We have a feeling that nearly every 20-something trying to figure out their own life can relate to this story.
