TikTok may be known mostly as a destination for viral challenges and dances, but the popular social media platform is also the perfect place to find trendy and convenient tech gadgets.
One of the latest devices to go viral on TikTok is this wireless laser projection virtual keyboard that’s fully functional on any flat surface. And the best part: it’s only $46 on Amazon!
Shop: AGS Wireless Laser Projection Bluetooth Virtual Keyboard, $45.99
The device can be easily paired with any Bluetooth-enabled smartphone, tablet or computer and it was made to work with all major operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android and Mac OS).
When the device is powered on with the press of a button, it emits a red QWERTY keyboard, complete with arrow keys as well as Control, Alt, Delete, Caps and Tab keys. There is also a numbers row and a symbols row at the very top of the keyboard projection.
TikTok user @teresalauracaruso demonstrated how simple the portable device is to use, below.
Amazon users also love the device, with some even admitting that they were “pleasantly surprised” by its performance.
“[I] purchased [this] as a gift for my 15-year-old son,” one five-star reviewer wrote. “He said the keyboard is accurate and easy to use. Plus, it looks cool.”
Another reviewer specifically pointed out that it works well for those with larger hands.
“This is perfect for large hands that regular keyboard[s] are too small for,” the shopper wrote. “I hadn’t thought of it until my army son that I gave this to pointed it out to me.”
One of the only minor downsides reviewers had for the product is that it emits a loud beep when powering on or off, so beware of that if using in public spaces.
