3 simple exercises you can do while traveling

In The Know: Fitness is a series of exercise videos hosted by personal trainer, Jeremy Sry, in which he demonstrates step-by-step workouts that are easy to do at home, at the gym and even on the go.

We all know how difficult it can be to find the time and space to exercise while traveling, but these three cardio moves are easy to do in a small space (even in a hotel room!) and will help keep you in shape.

1. Burpees (3 sets of 10 reps)

Start in a high plank position, do one pushup, then jump your back feet forward and jump up. That’s one rep.

2. Mountain climbers (3 sets of 10 reps)

Start in a high plank position and run your legs forward. To take things to the next level, try alternating mountain climbers: Start in a high plank position and drive your right knee to your left elbow and your left knee to your right elbow.

3. Around the world lunges (3 sets of 1 rotation on each leg)

Lunge forward, to the side and behind you, standing on one leg.
