Coffee lovers know that cold brew is the elixir of life. With a higher coffee to water ratio, it’s stronger than iced coffee, and a great way to kickstart the day. If you want to dip your toes in the world of cold brew—or if you’re a fan already—here are 5 TikTok cold brew recipes to get you started.
Caramel cold brew
This cold brew recipe is the perfect way to wish your sweet tooth a good morning. The filmer drizzles caramel on the inside of their glass and fills it with ice, cold brew, and oat milk. They then top it off with cold foam made from almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and optional collagen all whisked together.
Cold brew cocktail
Cold brew isn’t just for mornings! This recipe adds bourbon to a cup of cold brew and puts it in a glass rimmed with caramel and crushed graham crackers. The spiked coffee drink is topped off with pillowy foam, a dash of cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Cold brew coffee ice cream (vegan!)
The cold brew recipes are truly endless—and this cold brew coffee ice cream proves it! The filmer blends soaked cashews, maple syrup, and cold brew coffee and then pours the mixture into an ice tray. Once frozen, she blends the ice cubes with some of the leftover liquid until it reaches ice-creamy consistency.
Mocha cold brew ice pops
Like the cold brew ice cream, these mocha cold brew ice pops will cool you down while revving you up. Mix together cold brew, milk, sugar and chocolate sauce and pour the mixture into ice pop moulds. The tough part about these will be trying not to eat them all in one sitting!
Vanilla cold brew
This cold brew recipe keeps it simple and sweet. The filmer made a vanilla-infused cold brew and added homemade vanilla sweet cream milk, which they made by mixing milk, cream, and homemade vanilla bean syrup. When assembling the final product, the home barista adds more vanilla syrup to the cold brew to make it extra sweet.
