Allbirds’ shoes have become the epitome of comfy sneakers, and there’s many reasons why fans become instantly obsessed. The latest addition to the Allbirds’ Tree collection is the brand’s first-ever running shoe, the Tree Dasher, made from eucalyptus, merino wool and sugarcane. While Allbirds’ sneakers are known to be a casual street shoe meant for long walks and perfect for traveling, the Dasher is built for performance and comfort, meaning they’re lightweight and supportive enough for long runs.
Before launch, Allbirds’ Dasher running shoes were biomechanically tested by more than 50 amateur and professional athletes to ensure the shoe was at its peak function.
Available in both women’s and men’s styles and four sleek colors (Geyser, Cyclone, Flame and Thunder), the Dasher running shoes have more support than you’ll see in a typical pair of Allbirds. The new running shoe is constructed of six different layers, including natural rubber traction pads, a low-impact foam insole and more.
Plus, for even more support while you’re on the go, the shoes have a contoured castor bean sock liner and a merino wool lined heel pad, providing both a breathable environment for your feet but also an extra-cushioned heel.
The Dasher is Allbirds’ biggest launch of 2020, so you’re going to want to say goodbye to your traditional running shoes.
