It’s no secret that this winter is the season of teddy everything. From cardigans and bomber jackets to socks and bucket hats, you can find almost anything covered in the fluffy sherpa material these days.

Since the trend seems to only be getting bigger, I knew I had to test out a few items, but I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. So like I do a little too frequently, I went to Amazon.

Keep scrolling to get my honest thoughts on three of Amazon’s most popular teddy pieces.

Angashion Women’s Fuzzy Fleece Long Cardigan Coat, $43.98

This fuzzy cardigan is my favorite of the three styles I tried. When I first unboxed the piece, I worried that it would look like a bathrobe, but after pairing it with jeans, I was relieved to find I was so wrong.

The material is super plush, and I appreciate that the cardigan isn’t too oversized. You could easily wear this under a winter jacket for an added layer! While I’m partial to the dark grey shade, you can snag the Angashion Women’s Fuzzy Fleece Long Cardigan in ten different colors.

Bottom line: If you’re looking for a great layering piece that feels like PJs, but is much cuter, then you need this. And at under $45, you can grab it in multiple colors without having to splurge too much.

Yeokou Women’s Warm Sherpa Lined Athletic Sweatpants, $29.75

These sweatpants have a teddy lining and are as soft as they sound. When I first put these pants on, I immediately thought of how much better they’d make any long road trip or airplane ride. I also like that you can wear these sweatpants uncuffed or cuffed to show off the teddy lining!

However, these sweatpants are definitely thicker than normal ones thanks to their fluffy interior. While they are definitely cozy, they aren’t as flexible as regular sweatpants, so I wouldn’t suggest wearing them to the gym or when exercising.

Bottom line: If comfort is your thing, these sweatpants do the trick. If you want a chic pair of sweatpants, pass on these.

KIRUNDO Women’s Winter Lapel Sweatshirt, $25.59 (Orig. $31.99)

This sweatshirt’s zippered lapel is really what makes this sweatshirt stand out from the sea of teddy styles that are available. Like the other two pieces, this sweatshirt is very warm and snug. Plus, the discreet pockets and ribbed hemline make it feel a little elevated.

Available in over 12 colors, I think this style is a total steal for just around $30. You can easily dress it up by wearing it with jeans or dress it down as I did with a pair of leggings.

Bottom line: Cozy, cute and not too “basic,” this sweatshirt is stylish enough to wear on Zoom calls during the week and on errands during the weekend.

After hanging out in each teddy piece and taking way too many pictures to send to my friends, I decided to keep the cardigan and sweatshirt. While the sweatpants are without a doubt comfortable, they are a little too bulky for me.

Shop all three styles on Amazon now and get cozy fast!
