In conjunction with the iPhone 12 lineup release, Apple launched its new MagSafe cases complementing its new smartphones perfectly. However, since the October 2020 releases, there were few third-party options that included MagSafe technology.
Though the iPhone 13 has since launched, the iPhone 12 still stands as one of the best-selling iPhone models to date. In fact, its case options now include some of the most premium phone accessory brands offering MagSafe-compatible cases in a variety of styles, materials and sizes.
Before checking out these stunning cases, here’s the 411 on MagSafe technology: Apple’s introductory line of MagSafe cases for the iPhone 12 lineup includes magnets built to align directly with the phones.
An iPhone 12 or (or later model) placed within one of these cases can connect to other MagSafe accessories like Apple’s popular MagSafe charger, allowing buyers to use their phones from any angle while it charges from the back.
With enough time passed, brands have designed their own cases with this technology built in. Now, there are enough options available beyond those offered through Apple.
Take a look at some of the best (including the OG: Apple’s silicone MagSafe case) below.
The cases listed below come in sizes for the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 Mini.
