If you’re looking for some sweet inspiration to celebrate your most recent journey around the sun, you’ll definitely want to party with these five birthday dessert board recipes.
1. Carnival birthday dessert board
This dessert board takes the cake to the carnival! The spread features a few cupcakes riding a Ferris wheel. Situated to the left of the Ferris wheel is a carousel of cotton candy and lollipops, while pink rock candy sticks are arranged in a glass on the right. An assortment of pastel candies, animal cookies, candy orange slices, Hershey’s kisses and powdered donuts are scattered throughout the carnival board.

Start by placing several bowls filled with mini Oreos, strawberries, honey Teddy Grahams, M&M’s, gummy bears, Rolos, Nerds and sprinkles around the left side of the board. Then line up a stack of waffle cone bowls, cake cones and sugar cones, followed by caramel sauce, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. A rainbow dessert board will surely bring a smile to anyone’s face. This board involves a medley of candy organized in a rainbow gradient on a round tray. A single giant rainbow lollipop serves as the focal point for the variety of licorice, gumdrops, jelly beans, Starbursts and Dots, among other chewy delights.
