Spring is here, but that doesn’t mean it’s the end of casual loungewear sets. In fact, the new Knix lounge sets prove that you shouldn’t pack them away just yet.
There’s no question that the weather is unpredictable these days, and that’s why good transitional clothing is still necessary. Known for their popular underwear, Knix recently released a collection of lounge tops and joggers that are cozy, lightweight and versatile enough to wear all throughout the season. Not to mention, the chic but simple sets go up to a size 3X.
Knix Good To Go Loungewear Review
Knix sent me a set to try in the cinnamon shade back in March. I got the top in a size 2X and the bottom in a size 3X. Frankly, the first words upon wearing it was “this is nice.” The fabric feels like butter sliding onto the skin, which makes sense because each set is made from Cotton Modal Baby French Terry. Plus, the fabric itself has 50% four-way stretch.

For this Knix loungewear review, I almost regret picking the sizes I did because there is so much stretch, particularly in the joggers. However, after wearing the set for a few days without washing it (c’mon I’m in quarantine), it didn’t stretch out. Standing at 5’10, the joggers actually reach my ankles (and stay there), which I’m thankful for. Honestly, the jogger set is one of the best I own considering I have at least 10 of them.
As a plus-size person with a belly, I love the cropped style of the top with the high-waisted joggers. The whole set is comfortable enough to wear in 40 to 50-degree weather. On the flip side, it is also perfect when you just don’t want to get dressed. And for me, that’s often. This is a set that can easily transition with you season to season, and it’s durable enough to hold onto for years to come.
