New trend has TikTokers revealing the ‘craziest’ way they’ve found out they’re being cheated on

A new TikTok trend has users sharing the “craziest” ways they’ve discovered they were being cheated on.

The trend started on Nov. 27 when user Mandi Kay Bowles asked her followers the question, “What is the craziest way you guys found out that somebody was cheating on you?”

Of course, Bowles had a crazy story of her own to share. A few years ago, she was dating a guy and noticed that his responses during conversations “were not really making sense.” She called him out on it, and of course, he denied acting strangely.

However, when Bowles’ ex came over to hang out, she noticed that he was wearing a sweatshirt she didn’t recognize. Even worse, when she went to hug him, she noticed a “very long, hot pink synthetic hair” that clearly wasn’t hers. Later, she got a DM from a girl she’d never met before who sent a photo of her boyfriend and screenshots of their conversations and asked her, “Is this your man too?”

In the comments, people had their own equally dramatic stories to share.

“Pulled up next to them at the stop light,” one person revealed. “Truly traumatic.”

“His 4-year-old daughter told me she was having a new brother,” another said. (YIKES!)

“His mom told me,” a third commented.

Many users have made their own videos to participate in the emerging TikTok trend, exposing their exes in the process.

One user named Brittany revealed in a now-viral TikTok that she found out a guy who she’d been seeing for three years was cheating when he gave her a very specific type of UTI caused by E. coli in her urine.

“I was like, ‘There’s no way, I’m always clean.’ Well, turns out my boyfriend actually didn’t go to the gym; he was having sex with another man,” she explained. He had sex with her immediately after having sex with another man, which gave her the UTI.

Another user named Danielle Brown revealed that she caught her ex in a lie when he went to Starbucks and came home with a cup that had his ex’s name on it. Of course, he denied seeing her, but Brown left anyway.

“The audacity,” one person said.

“Yikes!” another added.

“This is just a bad lie,” a third commented.

Moral of the story? Never cheat on someone β€” not just because it’s wrong, but also because you might end up going viral on TikTok for all the wrong reasons.
