When it comes to hair styling tools, most stylists swear by the Dyson Airwrap. There’s just one small problem: This magical styler costs upwards of $500, and it seldom goes on sale.

Thankfully, TikTokers have found a much cheaper alternative for those who are specifically eyeing the Dyson Airwrap’s curling feature — and it works just as well.

The styling tool/Dyson dupe TikTokers are obsessed with is CHI’s Spin n Curl Ceramic Rotating Curler. Unlike other curling irons on the market, this one automatically wraps your hair around the iron and then beeps when your curl is complete to give you perfectly coiled tresses.

One TikTok user named Meimei tried the Spin n Curl in a video that now has 3.8 million views and declared that the styling tool is “really user-friendly.”

In just 10 minutes, Meimei uses the tool to finish curling her long, straight hair. It looks so good that even she’s impressed by the results!

Another user named Brooke also tried the tool out — and though she had a bit more difficulty figuring out how to use it, she ultimately decided that she would “def. recommend” it.

“Way cheaper than the other one and works just the same,” she said in her video.

Over on Amazon, the CHI Spin n Curl has similarly rave reviews with an overall rating of 4.4 stars. One happy customer even noted that they were able to slash their prep time by more than half thanks to this “excellent product.”

Obviously the Dyson Airwrap has more functions than the CHI Spin n Curl, but if all you’re looking for is a cost-friendly tool that will curl your hair quickly and skillfully, the latter will get the job done.
