The start of a new season is always a good time to take a look at your beauty routine. As surprising as it may be, products that once worked well for you may no longer be what you need. Shifts in the weather or your body chemistry (or both!) are valid reasons to adjust your skin care and hair care regimens.

Another reason to switch things up? You finally want to embrace “cleaner” products. Once upon a time, no one really gave much thought to what was in the products we all put on our faces and in our hair, but things are different now. Not only are more brands abandoning harmful ingredients, but more shoppers are demanding it.

As a result, clean beauty products are easier to find now than they were even just five years ago. Heck, you can shop some of the best clean beauty brands out there right at Walmart. In case you didn’t know, the retailer carries lots of products made without parabens, phthalates, sulfates and other potentially harmful ingredients. If you want to make the switch to “cleaner” beauty products, start with the six brands below — all available to purchase at Walmart.com.

1. Six Gldn

Not only are almost all of Six Gldn’s skin care products made without silicones, parabens, phthalates and fragrances, but the brand also aims to be more eco-friendly by offering eco refills and limiting the number of products they make.

2. Eva + Avo

According to the Eva + Avo website, the brand “never had to give up things like sulfates and parabens because all the ingredients [it’s] obsessed with — like avocado and rosemary oil — are naturally free of all that stuff.” Eva + Avo’s nourishing hair care products are now available to purchase at Walmart, and most are just $9.97.

3. Ilia
