Complex adds new e-commerce marketplace to their lineup

As if Complex wasn’t targeting our wallets enough with their addicting fashion content via @ComplexStyle and @ComplexSneakers, the New York-based media brand has recently added @ComplexShop to its ever-growing roster of handles.

Complex announced on Dec. 9 that the brand has launched Complex SHOP, an e-commerce destination that “reimagines the existing mainstream marketplace by merging the brand’s voice with a highly-curated selection of products.”

The shop’s products will be curated by Complex’s marketplace director, Frederick Marfil, who previously held the role of style editor at the company’s buying guide. Marfil will be working with the Complex editorial team in addition to third-party vendors to make sure the store is stocked with items that align with the brand’s coverage.

Featured brands include A.P.C., Kenzo denim, ACNE Studios, AMBUSH jewelry and more, ranging from streetwear to sneakers, exclusive collaborations and Complex in-house branded merch. Queens-based lifestyle brand, Aimé Leon Dore, known for its minimal approach to downtown dressing, will also be spotlighted.

In order to secure seamless transactions and safe checkouts, Complex has partnered up with Bonsai’s native checkout technology. The alliance will help users discover new products and purchase exclusive items, all without having to leave the Complex SHOP marketplace.
