Not only are donut holes delicious, but they’re also easy to make with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Whether you’re looking for the perfect dessert to serve at a party or to snack on solo, you can’t go wrong with these five recipes for donut holes.

1. No-bake pumpkin donut holes (gluten-free, vegan)

Give ‘em “pumpkin” to talk about with these vegan and gluten-free donut holes. First, make the batter by mixing cashew butter, coconut flour, maple syrup, canned pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice and vanilla extract. Next, freeze for approximately one hour. Finally, roll the batter into balls before topping them off with powdered sugar.

2. No-bake apple fritter donut holes

This recipe is absolutely delicious! Begin by whisking together eggs, vanilla and maple syrup. Then combine with coconut oil, coconut flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Next, roll the batter into balls and cover each one in a blend of cinnamon and coconut sugar. Finally, air fry them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for four to six minutes, turning halfway through. 

3. Vegan coffee cream donut holes

These vegan donut holes feature a perfect blend of coffee and cream. The recipe features deep-fried balls of biscuit dough filled with coffee cream made from beaten vegan cream cheese, sifted powdered sugar, liquid coffee concentrate, amaretto liqueur, vanilla extract and a pinch of kosher salt. As a final step, coat the donut holes in powdered sugar.

The recipe involves a mix of flour, sweet rice flour, sugar, corn starch, yeast and baking powder combined with melted butter, an egg and vanilla. After deep-frying, coat the donut holes in a glaze made from a mix of confectioners’ sugar, milk and strawberry jello powder followed by crushed shortbread cookies.

5. Air-fried Oreo donut holes


Enjoy these Oreo donut holes for some double-stuffed deliciousness! Begin by wrapping biscuit dough around mini Oreo cookies, and form them into balls. Next, air fry them for five to seven minutes at 350 to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Finally, coat the donut holes in icing made from powdered sugar and milk. Then top with crushed Oreo cookie bits.
