This creamy egg sandwich is loaded with delicious ingredients. Start by boiling eggs for eight minutes. Next, peel off the shells and separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Then add the egg yolks to a bowl and combine them with low-fat cream cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Once the consistency is smooth and creamy, chop up the egg whites and fold them into the yolk mixture. Spread the mixture evenly on a slice of bread. Then add some sriracha and fresh chives. Finally, top the sandwich with another slice of bread and enjoy!
Spice up your mornings with this jalapeño onion fried egg sandwich. Start by spreading butter on two slices of sourdough bread. Then cook them with the buttered side down on a skillet over low heat until golden brown. Meanwhile, crack a few eggs in another skillet and add sliced jalapeños and red onion.
