It’s no secret that the clothing and textile industries produce a lot of waste. But did you know that 85% of all textiles end up in a landfill? That’s a distressing statistic, but For Days is here to turn it around.

For Days is a closed-loop fashion brand that sells on-trend and versatile clothes for everyone. But what really sets the brand apart is the fact that all of its items are 100%-recyclable and produced in a zero-waste system.

Co-founder and CEO Kristy Caylor told In The Know, “We strongly believe that all fashion businesses must take responsibility for what happens to clothes after our customers love them and wear through them. Our job is to figure out how to make participation in the circular economy an easy, seamless and rewarding experience for all fashion lovers.”

According to the brand, For Days plans “for the end of a product’s life at the beginning to make sure what is returned to us can go into future products.” To do this, For Days will take back any of its clothes and either upcycle or recycle those materials into something new. And as a reward for returning your clothes (and keeping them out of the trash!), you get store credit to shop with For Days.

But the brand also accepts any other unwanted clothes in your closet, by any brand, in any condition. Simply order a Take Back Bag from the For Days website, fill it up with any clothing or scraps you have and send it back. For Days will recycle those materials and give you back the cost of the bag ($20!) in the form of store credit.

But recycling materials isn’t the only way For Days gives back. For Days partners with Beam “so that 1% of every purchase is donated to a nonprofit of your choice.”

Plenty of celebs are fans of the sustainable brand, too. Everyone from Florence Pugh to Timothée Chalamet and Addison Rae has been spotted wearing the brand — and you can check out how they styled their favorite pieces on the brand’s Instagram.

From T-shirts and sweatshirts to dresses and pants, For Days has something for everyone. Below, shop a few of the brand’s best-selling styles, and feel good about your purchase.
