Frozen versions of popular desserts that will keep summer going all year round

Sometimes dessert is best served cold. So it’s no surprise that frozen renditions of timeless treats are causing a stir on TikTok. From s’mores to peanut butter cups, there’s a frozen variation for practically any dessert preference. If you’re looking for a way to cool off after your entrée, look no further than these five frozen versions of popular desserts.

1. Frozen s’mores

You’ll want to keep these s’mores far away from a campfire! This recipe calls for frozen chocolate pudding layered over a frozen mixture of cream cheese, marshmallow fluff and Cool Whip stuffed between two graham crackers. Serve with hot chocolate and enjoy!

2. Frozen brownie ice cream sandwich

Brownies and ice cream are a match made in dessert heaven. To make these ice cream sandwiches, begin by making two baking sheets worth of brownies from a mix of butter, brown sugar, flour, eggs, syrup and chocolate brownie mix. On one of the brownie sheets, spread an even layer of your favorite ice cream before placing the other brownie batch on top.

3. Frozen cheesecake on a stick

Who wouldn’t want to try cheesecake on a stick? Begin by cutting a refrigerated cheesecake evenly into wedges. Next, make an incision in the middle of each slice’s exterior crust to fit a popsicle stick. Once the popsicle sticks are secure, gently dip each piece into melted chocolate. Finally, roll in sprinkles and freeze.

4. Frozen cookie dough pie

Cookie dough lovers will definitely want to try this recipe. In a bowl, mix edible cookie dough mix, coconut oil and water. Next, add the cookie dough to a baking pan lined with parchment paper, flattening it to form a base. Grab your favorite ice cream and spread it out evenly over the base. Place the cookie dough pie in the freezer overnight, then slice up, and enjoy the next day.

5. Frozen graham cracker Reese’s Bites

Who can resist a Reese’s Cup? Make your own by blending up some graham crackers before adding powdered sugar, peanut butter and melted butter. Once smooth, pour the mix into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and top with crushed graham crackers. Next, mix melted chocolate with peanut butter, more powdered sugar and butter. Spread the chocolatey mixture evenly on top of the graham crackers before freezing for a couple of hours.
