If there were a handbag that embodied Gen Z aesthetics and style, it would be a Susan Alexandra bag. For those not in the style loop, the handmade bags are designed with craft-like beads strung together in a bright and boxy fashion. The kitschy bags are youthful yet luxe, costing hundreds upon hundreds of dollars retail. But right now, they are on sale for 50 percent off.

Susan Alexandra bags are included in Saks Fifth Avenue’s massive Martin Luther King Jr. Day sale. The sale is slashing the price of designer duds up to 70 percent until Jan. 20 — and it’s your very last chance to get these beaded buys. Once they are gone, these final sale items are gone forever, phasing out with the seasons.

These handbags are a favorite of Gigi Hadid, Brie Larson, Euphoria’s Barbie Ferreira and even Suri Cruise. All have been spotted carrying the brand, causing the designer to skyrocket in popularity since it was first seen on Hadid in summer 2018. Susan Alexandra was even said to have made the “it-bag” of 2019.

Check out the discounted bags below, and scoop up some items that will make you smile — and maybe remind you of preschool crafting without all the sticky glue.
