These vegan and gluten-free Samoa brownies will definitely score big with your troop! Begin by combining oat milk, nut milk, cacao powder with mashed banana, coconut sugar, vanilla, baking powder and vegan chocolate chips in a bowl. Next, pour the batter onto a baking tray and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Finally, top with coconut flakes. Then drizzle on some nut butter and enjoy!

2. Homemade Thin Mint ice cream

Cookies and ice cream are a match that was “mint” to be! First, beat together heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract and green food coloring. Next, fold in some crushed Thin Mint cookies. Pour the mixture into an ice cream container, and top with some broken Thin Mint cookie pieces before popping it in the freezer. After freezing, grab a cone and enjoy!

3. Trefoils crème brûlée

This recipe gives the classic American cookie a French twist! Begin by making the crust from crushed Trefoils Girl Scout cookies, sugar and melted butter. Next, fill the crust with a custard made from beaten egg yolks, sugar, vanilla extract and boiled heavy cream. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle some sugar on top and torch it until caramelized.

4. Tagalong French toast

Level up your French toast with tasty Tagalong Girl Scout cookies! This recipe involves challah bread coated in a mixture of whisked eggs, maple syrup and heavy cream before it’s cooked on a skillet. Once cooked, top the French toast with whipped cream made from peanut butter, whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and Tagalong cookie bits, followed by a final dusting of powdered sugar, a drizzle of chocolate syrup and Tagalong halves.

5. Three-ingredient Lemon-Up Pac-Man cake

This cake is its own excuse to throw a party! Begin by combining crushed Lemon-Up Girl Scout cookies with baking powder and warm milk. Next, grease the sides of a round cake pan and add parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan, and bake at 340 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Once out of the oven, ice the cake with a glaze made from whisked powdered sugar and lemon juice. Finally, cut a small wedge from the side of the cake to form Pac-Man’s mouth before serving.
