Here’s how your zodiac sign interacts with a fiery Aries

Poor Aries — the universe has canceled your birthday party!

Thankfully, the first sign on the zodiac calendar is a one-person PARADE. If anyone can make their own fun, it’s an Aries. Aries people are vibrant and joyful, with a zest for life and a drive to make things happen. Spending time with an Aries friend is never boring — even in quarantine. So, who should the zodiac’s leader of the pack be FaceTiming on their birthday?

Aries tend to get along best with busy people. Confident, pioneering, and motivated, they appreciate optimists and goal-setters. They naturally gel with those that share their idealism and friendliness and easily bond over their goofy sense of humor. Simply put, Aries people are fun!

Air and fire signs are their people. Aries and Leo are the best friends that enter a party and instantly bring it to life, as they both have a knack for making the other feel indomitable. They’ll enjoy laughing and socializing with fellow Aries, Geminis, and Sagittarians. Aries is a rebel that will not be told what to do, and they’ll fight the powers that be with a Libra’s tact and an Aquarian’s spirit.

One thing Aries runs short on is patience, to put it lightly. Aries is on the move, making plans happen, driving to your house the minute you text back. They lack the bandwidth for petty wallowing, to which water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces) can be prone. Aries is not impressed by mystery or guessing games, and will simply see these as phony attempts at being cool. Seeing as they’re both ruled by the warrior planet Mars, Aries and Scorpio can have a tumultuous relationship. Though they share a surprising amount in common, they often operate on such different frequencies that the friendship just doesn’t make sense.

Aries finds earth signs to be helpful and grounding, but they have a tendency to rain on the ram’s parade. They’ll run up Taurus’s already-extravagant budget. Virgo’s diary of their every misdemeanor will leave Aries feeling judged. Capricorn can simply be too stiff, and the battle for dominance (spoken or unspoken) can be grating for both. Still, earth signs can offer a sense of rejuvenation for the sign that’s always burning out.

Ultimately, an Aries can make a friendship work with just about anyone. They’re hilarious, friendly, generous of spirit, loyal, honest, and you’ll always know where you stand. Their enthusiasm is infectious, and I don’t think there is a better sign with whom to be trapped in a house. Where Aries goes, activity follows!
