It can be hard to feel confident in your own skin when health issues like painful cystic acne or uncomfortable bloating arise. What you put into your body, however, can make all the difference, according to Hum Nutrition.

The brand makes vitamins, minerals and botanicals that support your health and beauty goals from the inside out. For example, it has supplements for glowing skin and hair, better digestion and gut health, easier weight loss, deeper sleep and a stronger immune system. Additionally, it offers complimentary personalized supplement plans and free nutrition advice from certified registered dietitians.

Co-founder and CEO Walter Faulstroh’s started the brand based on his own needs for improving his acne-prone skin, according to Hum’s website. He found he was only able to see real results after talking with a nutritionist. Now, there are about 18 supplements that cater to different skin and hair woes (including acne). But overall, the brand has around 30 supplements to choose from.

The supplements are triple tested for purity, verified by independent labs for potency, non-GMO, gluten-free, contain no artificial sweeteners or colors and the ingredients used are sourced from sustainable suppliers (also, most without collagen are vegan). And the results are legit. In an in-house clinical study, 88 percent of subjects who took Skin Squad for 60 days saw improved cystic acne. One reviewer on-site wrote that they “cannot believe the results” they got from the product.

Nonetheless, it can be hard to decide which supplements are really best for you. Luckily, Hum Nutrition offers a three-minute quiz on its website with questions based on your age, eating habits, stress habits, activity levels and more. Once completed, the site provides a recommended list of products and access to a nutritionist who prepares a more comprehensive report and can answer further questions.

The supplements start at $10 a bottle and go up to $40. Currently, the site is offering $10 off your first order, plus if you purchase three supplements, you’ll receive 15 percent off. Spend $50 or more and you’ll receive free shipping as well.

You can check out the list below for some of the brand’s best sellers and take the quiz on Hum’s website for your own recommendations. Keep in mind, before taking any type of supplement, it’s always a good idea to talk to your doctor first.
