Daphne Frias is a 23-year-old youth activist who works as a freelance organizer and describes herself as “unapologetically Latina.” She’s passionate about creating change and helps non-profits highlight the voices of the members of Gen Z. Daphne, who has Cerebral Palsy and uses a wheelchair to ambulate, is a champion for the disabled community. She has also served as the NY State Director for March For Our Lives, created her own non-profit known as Box The Ballot to encourage absentee voter turnout among young adults and worked as an official spokesperson for the global climate strikes in 2020.
