It doesn’t matter how much money you have in your bank account; there’s basically no one out there who doesn’t like getting something for free. And if you’re shopping online, free shipping is where it’s at. Even if it’s only a few extra bucks, paying for shipping sucks.
If you’re a frequent Instacart customer, then you should really consider signing up for Instacart+. It’s Instacart’s subscription service (formerly known as Instacart Express), and it can save you serious cash when you’re shopping for grocery, household and convenience items for your home.
When you sign up for Instacart+, you’ll unlock $0 delivery fees on orders over $35, plus 5% credit back on eligible pickup orders. Even better, you’ll see lower service fees on all your orders. You’ll even be able to share your subscription with one other user through the new Instacart+ feature, Family Accounts, and shop together through a shared cart to make meal planning and household shopping even easier.
There are two ways to subscribe to Instacart+. You can choose either the yearly plan, which is $99 per year, or a monthly plan, which is $9.99. When you choose the yearly plan, you’ll also have the option to get a one-year membership to Grubhub+ for free. Chase credit cardholders can also receive a one-time free Instacart+ membership for 3, 6, or 12 months depending on the Chase credit card.
Once you’ve signed up for Instacart+, head over to the Instacart deals page to save even more. This is the place to find must-shop markdowns at stores in your area on everything from food and alcohol to beauty and pet care products.
