Even if you only cook a few times a week, there are some kitchen essentials you just shouldn’t go without. Sharp knives, a cutting board and mixing bowls are all must-haves, as is a reliable nonstick pan.

These days, there are tons of really good options when it comes to nonstick pans. Some are lightweight and affordable, while others feature a more eco-friendly nonstick coating than traditional models. Basically, every well-known cookware brand offers a nonstick option, but there’s an up-and-comer that also needs to be on your radar. Kline is a Canadian DTC kitchen brand that sells high-quality cookware at accessible prices. They started off with knives, but their new Everything Pan is pretty impressive. Even better, it’s $10 off for a limited time!

Because it’s not just enough for cookware to be functional these days, let’s start by acknowledging that the Kline Everything Pan is a good-looking piece of cookware. It’s simple, sleek and comes in great neutral colors that will look great on your stovetop.

Looks aside, the Kline Everything Pan is also lightweight and easy to use. I can easily lift mine with one hand, and the nonstick surface is super smooth. I’ve used it to cook eggs, pancakes and meats, and, so far, nothing has ever stuck. For things like sausages and ground meats, I can add them straight to the pan with no oil, and there’s no sticking at all. Pretty amazing, right?

When it comes to clean-up, the Kline Everything Pan is dishwasher safe, but I rarely need to put it in there. Instead, it easily wipes clean with a soft sponge and a bit of dishwashing liquid and water — no elbow grease required.

While some nonstick pans are too wide for my small apartment, I find the Kline Everything Pan to be the perfect size. It’s not small at all: I can easily cook a meal for four in it. But it’s not so large that I can’t use the other burners on the stove.

Given that some nonstick pans of similar quality can cost as much as $200, the Kline Everything Pan is totally worth checking out. It’s one of the pans I use most when cooking during the week because it is perfect for so many different foods.
