When it comes to switching out my beauty products for summer, there’s one thing I always swap when the seasons change: my body wash.

My skin is continually dry during the winter, which makes a super-moisturizing body wash crucial. But for the warmer weather, I swap my body wash to one that’s a little more powerful. I’ll look for a body exfoliator that’s gentle to use during each shower, but helps reduce any keratosis pilaris (often known as chicken skin) or any body acne that flares up from sweat.

So when I got the chance to test out Kopari Beauty’s latest product I couldn’t resist. Clean-beauty brand Kopari is known for its best-selling natural deodorant that’s made with coconut oil. But the latest product to join the Kopari family is my new favorite exfoliator. It’s Kopari’s Coconut Latte Body Wash that literally smells and feels like summer in a bottle.

The gel-to-cream formula is super lush, feeling soft and cleansing as you rub it in to your skin. Because it has such a creamy formula, the product has lathering power like a typical body wash, yet it’s infused with soft exfoliating beads that work to smooth bumpy skin.

After about a week of using the scrub, my rough, bumpy skin on the back of my arms was completely smooth — my skin felt like new. It’s safe to say this is now my go-to exfoliator for clearing up my skin for warmer weather and wearing sleeveless shirts. Not only did it help clear my skin in the matter of a few days, but using the silky formula makes showering a more luxurious experience.

Let’s not forget to talk about its scent. Made with organic coconut water, macadamia seed oil, aloe vera juice and coffee seed extract, you’ll smell an overwhelming scent (in a good way!) of tropical goodness. Plus, these clean ingredients are working for your skin while smelling good at the same time.

The coconut water’s amino acids and minerals are key for hydration. The macadamia seed oil’s fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties that help repair skin cells to eliminate dry skin. The aloe vera juice’s enzymes work to naturally calm the skin. And, the added caffeine is an energizing boots that not only reduces puffiness but also brightens the skin. A clean-beauty product that actually works is a win-win in my book.

Now excuse me while I go buy a few more bottles.
