Kylie Jenner is back at work, but her “business” looks an awful lot like our personal dream vacation.
Paris has prohibited American tourists amid the global pandemic, so her followers were curious as to how she managed to get across the pond — especially as experts are cracking down on social distancing guidelines.
According to E! News, Jenner brought a group of friends on a business trip to meet with executives from the cosmetics company Coty.
“She was able to enter the country on a business exemption,” the inside source told E! News. “She had meetings for her cosmetics brand and brought friends along to make a trip out of it.”
The website for the U.S. Embassy in Paris says the French government will allow people with “business activity important to the French economy” to enter the country, but noted that it’s a “rare” occurrence.
Commenters weren’t pleased that she seemingly turned the business trip into a mini-vacation.
“You have this huge platform and instead of promoting social distancing and adhering to the laws and regulations put in place for everyone’s SAFETY in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC … you flaunt your travels internationally when people can’t even see sick family members during this crisis,” one user wrote. “I hope you are ashamed of yourself”
“Is the rest of world wondering how she crossed border restrictions during a pandemic to Europe of all places during a crisis, then allowed to travel back to the states? Or is it just me….” another user wrote.
This isn’t the only time the Kardashian-Jenner family has traveled in spite of restrictions. Earlier, Jenner traveled to the island of Turks and Caicos with Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and other friends to celebrate her 23rd birthday.
Naturally, there are tons of photos.
Maybe it isn’t possible to keep up with the Kardashians after all.
