Tearful little brother walks bride down the aisle as quadriplegic dad waits at the altar: ‘A moment I will never, never forget’

A bride’s baby brother walked her down the aisle as their father watched from the altar, and the emotional footage is going viral.

Newlywed Nicole Lumsden (@nicolekopsidas) gained over 10 million views and nearly 3,000 comments when she uploaded the video to her TikTok.

We’ve seen touching father-daughter wedding footage go viral before, like this proud father of the bride who “required” his daughter to do an adorable dance with him on her big day. But Nicole’s family is touching hearts in a very special way.

In the video — captioned, “A moment I will never, never forget” — Nicole explains that her little brother walked her down the aisle because their dad has quadriplegia.

When asked in the comments why Nicole’s dad didn’t escort her down the aisle in his wheelchair, Nicole explained that he chose not to.

“I gave my dad the option. He can’t move his head and wanted to see me when I was walking down the aisle,” she wrote.

But Nicole’s brother, seen fighting back tears in the video, seems proud and honored to give his sister away on their dad’s behalf.

When the two reach the altar, Nicole leans down to give her father a kiss. “It was the most special moment,” she writes.

‘You can feel the love in the room…’

Thousands of TikTokers shared their emotional reactions to Nicole’s video in the comments.

“Your brother’s face says everything about how much love you all have for each other,” one user wrote.

“Your brother was trying to hold it together… Man, I felt that,” another user commented.

“You can feel the love in the room,” wrote another user, teary-eyed emojis in tow.

“There’s not a lot of things that make me tear up … but this right here! Beautiful,” another user shared.

Nicole’s video proves that those rich in love are truly the richest of all.
