Lizzo shared her favorite vegan ‘hangover breakfast,’ and we’re making this ASAP

Lizzo has social media in a frenzy after sharing her favorite “hangover breakfast.”

The three-time Grammy winner, who has recently adopted a fully vegan diet, posted the recipe on TikTok. Her video has now drawn more than 2.3 million views, and thousands of comments from hungry fans.

In the clip, the 32-year-old explains that she always craves cheesy eggs when she’s hungover. However, with her new plant-based diet, she’s been unable to have them

Her solution? A full-on scramble made by combining a “vegan carne asada” with some non-dairy cheese and some JUST Egg, a plant-based substitute.

“Here is my substitute for cravings when you’re hungover,” Lizzo captioned the video.

The “Truth Hurts” singer goes on to add some spinach to help her “sleep better at night” and a few slices of vegan bacon, cooked in maple syrup.

“And there we have it. It’s a really ugly but delicious scramble,” she adds in the clip.

Fans seemed obsessed with both Lizzo’s video and her recipe, heaping all sorts of praise onto the meal.

“Lizzo turning into a cooking account is everything i wanted,” one user wrote.

Vegan bacon cooked in syrup just blew my mind,” another added.

“When are you gonna release a cook book?” another asked.

Lizzo, who’s posted plenty of in-kitchen videos since going vegan, also added a body-positive message in her clip’s caption.

“Might do a what I eat in a day vid because I feel like us fat queens need to represent,” the singer wrote.
