Getting the wrong package in the mail can be a real bummer, especially if you were really looking forward to something.
TikTok user pineappleshake bought a lovely pastel tapestry online to decorate her college dorm room, but what she received could not have been further from correct.
“Looks like I’m keeping it,” she said in the caption of her TikTok video.
Pineappleshake purchased the item from RedBubble, an online marketplace for independent artists.
One of the distributors likely got her order mixed up with someone else’s — so there’s probably someone out there who was hoping for a massive hairless cat tapestry, but received a peaceful pastel scene instead.
Most commenters thought the mix-up was hilarious.
“Not the tapestry you wanted, but the tapestry you NEEDED,” one user wrote.
“They gave you an upgrade!” another said.
Others were a bit disturbed by the imagery.
“Oh my goodness I’m waiting for mine to come this made me nervous,” one user commented.
“I don’t know what I was expecting, but I can say that it was definitely not this,” another remarked.
