When it comes to premium speakers, very few fit the bill like Marshall. Known for producing some of the most top-notch, high-grade speakers of all sizes and power capacities, Marshall has recently released a new product that is a palm-sized powerhouse.

The new Marshall Uxbridge Home Voice Speaker is perfect for those who want an item from the brand’s iconic line of music accessories, but have limited space available in their apartments. And, as an added bonus, it comes fully integrated with Amazon Alexa.

Deliberately designed to look like a Marshall amp, the Marshall Uxbridge Home Voice Speaker is stylish, the perfect desk or side-table accessory and, best of all, it can be comfortably held with one hand.

Available in black or white (on both Amazon and Marshall) this speaker offers massive and surprisingly clear sound quality in a compact size. I have tested this speaker alongside its bigger brother, the Marshall Stanmore II, and while the Stanmore is expectedly more powerful, given its larger form factor and more detailed inner workings, the Uxbridge holds its own and, above all, is by far the most impressive handheld speaker I’ve ever used.

Accessing music from any destination also couldn’t be easier with this speaker. Thanks to its seamless built-in Alexa integration, you can simply ask Alexa to play music from any of the most popular streaming services and you’re good to go.

You can connect to this speaker via Wi-Fi, AirPlay 2, SpotifyConnect or Bluetooth — the possibilities are endless with this one!

So, what are shoppers saying about the new Marshall Uxbridge Home Voice Speaker? Though it was just recently released, it’s already amassed over 60 reviews on Amazon and an overall rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars.

One of the most popular sentiments is that this product boasts “great sound” and “attractive looks.”

“Better sound than typical speakers and looks great,” one shopper wrote, with another adding that the setup is easy and the “sound quality is excellent.”

While most shoppers dubbed this the “perfect-sized speaker” with the “classic Marshall design,” some noted that they would have preferred if the controls came in the form of knobs like the classic models as opposed to buttons. This, however, was only a minor aesthetic preference for a few reviewers.
