Meghan Markle loves a good tote bag, but she especially loves a particularly sleek style from an under-the-radar brand. You may not have heard of Cuyana yet, but the brand is a royal favorite — and the retailer’s classic tote is Markle’s bag of choice.

Cuyana is a clothing and accessories shop that sells foundational pieces. With the motto of “fewer, better things,” the brand encourages thoughtful purchasing of quality products. And Meghan Markle’s tote is a piece she keeps coming back to again and again.

Shop: Cuyana Classic Structured Leather Tote, $195

Markle most recently carried the tote on Jan. 14 during her visit to the Vancouver Women’s Center. You can see a picture of her during the visit — with the bag in tow — here. The bag, made using Italian leather and microsuede lining, has long been a favorite of Markle’s. She previously carried the tote at Wimbledon to support Serena Williams in July, and she reportedly gifted the bag to attendees at her baby shower in February 2018.

According to People, Markle also owns at least two other Cuyana bags — the now-discontinued Mini Chain Saddle bag and the now sold-out Le Sud travel bag.

Markle’s tote even has a little personalization for a sweet touch. A small “M” is monogrammed on the bag, which is a subtle touch on the otherwise plain bag. With no logo and no clasps, zippers or buttons, the tote is sleek and modern — just like Markle’s signature style.
