Le was born on Mar. 19, 2000, in West Palm Beach, Fla. He started dancing at age 4 and began making dance videos in his early teens.
His entire family is internet famous.
Le has three younger siblings: Tiffany, Jonathan and Daniel. The dancer often includes his family in his content, so each member has a massive following of their own.
Le’s mom Tina currently has 4.2 million followers on TikTok. His sister Tiffany has 2.1 million followers. His younger brother Jonathan had 9 million followers before TikTok removed his account due to FTC regulations.
Le is one of the highest-paid TikTok stars.
Forbes listed Le as one of the platform’s highest earners in 2020 after taking in $1.2 million.
He also has two of the 15 most-liked TikToks of all time.
Le and his friend dancing on a public escalator snagged 25.2 million likes, making it one of the most-liked TikToks of all time. Another video of him and Jonathan dancing on an escalator scored 25.6 million likes, also making it one of the most-liked videos.
“During that time I was trying to get more creative with my videos, doing public videos, doing out-of-the-norm things, so with the escalator I just kinda visualized like the perfect TikTok and did it,” Le told Media Kix about the videos.
Le is looking toward YouTube — not TikTok — for the future.
Le has been busy in quarantine building up his YouTube channel and his family’s brand, Shluv Family. (“Shluv” is a portmanteau of sorts for “self-love.”)
“The main thing is I’m really getting into YouTube now,” Le told Media Kix. “So I’m helping out with my family’s brand ‘The Shluv Family’ and building our presence on all other platforms, promoting a whole different set of content on the various platforms.”
The dancer is expanding his content on YouTube to include gaming, prank and challenge videos.
“Shluv is my brand of self-love. I want it to be where every time you hear Shluv, you think of me. Shluv Family is just a branch of me. They can build off of me until they can do what they want to do on their own,” Le told Forbes.
“They all have their different niches and what makes them unique. But when they come together, it’s a little bit stronger of a brand,” Le said about the content house, comparing it to Marvel’s Avengers.
