Sorry, but no matter how casual your job is, wearing sweatpants in the office is not going to get you the promotion, honey! However, that doesn’t mean that you need to suit up. In fact, you don’t even have to trade in your stretchy waistband just yet. People on TikTok recently discovered that the Nike Bliss Luxe pants kind of look like simple black ankle pants and that they’re perfect for work.

OK, so technically these are joggers, or as Nike calls them, “training pants.” The relaxed-fit Nike Bliss Luxe pants are soft, stretchy and lightweight. They have a mid-rise design that tightens with a drawstring and a tapered fit that hugs your body in all the work-appropriate places. If you’re the type who’s always running late, you may also be happy to know that they’re sweat-wicking.

However, these pants are more of an elevated athleisure pant with two big front pockets and a hidden zippered back pocket. Call them athletic trousers, if you will. Pair them with a longer top or a sweater that covers the waistband, and you could most likely sneak them into any office. Keep in mind, they do have the Nike logo on the front pocket, so they’re not totally foolproof fake-outs.

You can get the Nike Bliss Luxe pants in five colors, including classic black, navy, violet ore, canyon rust and gray, all for $100 each. However, right now, you can get the latter two on sale for 20% off on Nike’s website.

The Nike Bliss Luxe pants recently gained attention on TikTok as part of user @tifbunny’s work outfit, whose video amassed over 1.8 million views. She wrote in the comments that she works in tech at a major electronic company’s headquarters, but she showed off the pants as part of her OOTD.

Others were quick to add in her post’s comments, however, that while the pants regularly cost $100, you can find similar styles at Target and Kohl’s for about half the price.

So, if you’re going back to the office but you’re not ready to wear your button-up pants, this could be your solve, even if it’s just for casual Fridays.
