No need to choose between mac ‘n’ cheese and ramen. These cheesy ramen noodles combine the best of both dishes! Just cook a package of ramen in a pan with the seasoning packet that comes with it. Then melt cheese in a pan with a bit of butter, more ramen seasonings and water. Add in the noodles and enjoy!
This Korean black bean noodle dish looks striking and tastes even better. To make it, fry pork belly slices in a pan. Then add onions, zucchini, potatoes and cabbage as the pork cooks. When the veggies begin to soften, move them to the edge of the pan. Then add black bean paste to the center. Mix everything together, and season with spices and sugar. Then add beef broth and cornstarch. Serve over the noodles of your choice with a few slices of cucumber.
These spicy chicken noodles pack a serious punch! Start by marinating chicken pieces in oil and spices. Then sauté it in a pan. Once the chicken is cooked through, set it aside. In the same pan, sauté diced white onions, green onions, garlic, ginger and hot peppers. When the veggies soften, scramble in two eggs. Then mix in the noodles and chicken. Finally, mix in more green onions, cilantro, some soy sauce, maple syrup and a Thai chili pepper.
This creamy mushroom udon is such a comforting dish. To make it, cook udon. Then, slice shiitake and cremini mushrooms, and sauté them in a pan with soy sauce. After two to three minutes, add in butter, green onions and garlic. Next, add in dashi stock and milk. Then simmer. Finally, mix in the udon with a bit of black pepper and butter.
These garlic chili oil noodles are so flavorful and easy to make! Start by cooking the noodles of your choice. When the noodles are cooked, transfer them to a bowl, and toss them with chili powder, sugar, chicken powder, Chinese black vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Grate some garlic, and mix it into the noodles. Then toss with hot avocado oil. Garnish with cucumber slices and dig in!
