In celebration of Earth Day, we’re highlighting one of our favorite shopping hacks that makes it easy for customers to find eco-friendly brands that meet higher social standards.

While getting lost in the endless pages of Nordstrom’s website, you might have never noticed the Sustainable Style tool. The module helps shoppers find brands they can feel good about spending money on. You can easily sort by four categories of sustainability —Gives Back, Responsibly Manufactured, Responsibly Packaged and Sustainably Sourced Materials.

“You’ve told us that you want consciously manufactured products that align with your values. We want those things too. Nordstrom is working closely with brands to make responsible fashion easier to find, shop and support,” Nordstrom explains on their site.

The shop features 90 different brands with over 2,400 items including the best-selling athleisure line Zella, Veja, Reformation, Toms, and Erno Laszlo — spanning across beauty, home and apparel. Nordstrom’s in-house labels are also part of the sustainable mission. You’ll find cult-classics from Treasure & Bond and Nordstrom’s eponymous labels.
