This chutney recipe is a refreshing addition to any entrée or appetizer. TikToker @zamansbusykitchen uses a food processor to blend a concoction of white vinegar, tomatoes, green chili, green peppers, garlic, mint and cumin seeds. Serve as a dip, a condiment or spread.

4. Vegan mint chocolate chip smoothie

Start your day fresh with this smoothie recipe. Throw bananas, spinach, ice, almond butter, almond milk, maple syrup and peppermint extract into a blender. Once smooth, stir in some dairy-free chocolate chips. Then transfer the smoothie to a glass, and top off with coconut whipped cream and more chocolate chips. 

5. Lamb mint kebabs

These flavor-packed kebabs involve a blend of mint, parsley, cilantro, ginger, garlic, jalapeño, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cumin mixed with ground lamb. Once thoroughly combined with the seasoning, mold the lamb into kebab shapes, then broil. Serve with tahini and enjoy!
