While 2020 has drastically changed the way we travel, people are still finding ways to safely experience new places. Whether you’re bunking up in a gorgeous Airbnb or heading out on a cross-country round trip to see National Parks, you’re going to need some stylish bags to help get you there.
ROAM Luggage, which launched in 2018, creates suitcases customized by you. That’s right. Almost every single aspect of these luggage pieces can be tailored to your personal style.
Founded by former Tumi executives, the brand creators knew the importance of quality luggage — but they wanted to stray away from the typical black bag so many other companies offer.
Through ROAM, you can choose the colors of each aspect on your suitcase. Yes, that includes the stitching, wheels and more. Finding the perfect mix of hues allows you to create a bag that reflects your preferences. Plus, there’s over a million possible colorways!
Each bag is made-to-order and handcrafted in the U.S. Made from strong yet lightweight polycarbonate, the bag isn’t super heavy to lug around. The material is also naturally scratch-resistant.
To customize your own bag, you first have to select a size. You’ll choose from The Jaunt (the smallest carry-on size), The Jaunt XL (the wider carry-on bag), The Journey (a medium check-in bag) or The Globetrotter (the large check-in option).
Once you’ve decided on the design, your ROAM bag comes with a free three-letter monogram that’s included on the small ID tag pocket on the back of the suitcase.
Whether you’re in the market for some new luggage or want to give a suitcase as a gift for the traveler in your life, you can shop all four sizes of ROAM’s suitcases below.
