Here are five snack bar recipes from TikTok that are sure to satisfy any palate! 

1. Chocolate chip banana oat bars

If you’re a fan of banana bread, these chocolate chip banana oat bars are for you! Start by mashing up a banana. Then mix it up with cinnamon, baking powder, an egg, maple syrup, oat flour and rolled oats. Fold in some chocolate chips. Then bake the mixture in the oven for 20 minutes. The finished bars should be golden brown and crispy!

2. Almond, walnut, pistachio and cashew bars

These simple and sweet bars are packed with a variety of nuts. To make them, toast almonds, walnuts, pistachios and cashews in a pan along with some sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, heat brown sugar and honey until the sugar melts. Pour the melted sugar into the nut mixture. Then refrigerate it for two hours before enjoying!

3. Three-ingredient coconut bars
