Sydney Chase is a model and internet personality. Last April, she claimed she had an affair with Tristan Thompson, an NBA player and Khloe Kardashian’s on-again, off-again boyfriend.
Now she’s caught up in a media battle with Thompson. We may not know the full truth, but here’s what we know so far.
Who is Sydney Chase?
Chase has 75,000 Instagram followers and 32,000 followers on TikTok. She also has an OnlyFans account. While there aren’t many details about her background, she is 23 years old and resides in Los Angeles.
She recovered from being in a coma a few years ago
While she didn’t explain what led to it, Chase revealed on TikTok that in 2018 she was in a coma.
She allegedly had an affair with Tristan Thompson
Chase did an interview on the “No Jumper” podcast where she discussed Thompson’s penis and claimed they dated.
After the revelation went viral, she addressed the situation on TikTok.
“We did have past relations and I found out he was in a relationship and I ended things,” Chase explained. “In the interview, things got misconstrued while we were drinking.”
The “relationship” she may have been referring to is when Thompson got back together with Kardashian. The couple had previously broken up after Thompson cheated on her with Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods.
“We first met November 11 to be exact and that’s when everything started,” she said. “And then the last time we had contact, besides when he messaged me after finding out about the interview, it was the day after his daughter’s birthday party.”
Thompson responded to Chase’s allegations
The basketball player hired a lawyer, Marty Singer, to send a cease and desist letter to Chase and the “No Jumper” podcast.
“Mr. Thompson had no relationship with you whatsoever and he never sent you any such texts,” the letter read. “It is obvious that you are a liar.”
Chase later claimed she did not receive any such letter.
“Let this be a lesson to not let anyone no matter the money or fame they have, to shut you down or tarnish your name,” Chase said.
Thompson’s legal team reached out to TMZ to refute the claim and the publication alleges they’ve seen emails sent to Chase.
