Kendall Jenner slammed for Halloween birthday party

Despite the Kardashian-Jenner clan being so close-knit, it seems like it’s rare that they learn from each other’s public scandals — especially when it comes to birthdays.

Only a week after Kim’s 40th birthday getaway heard ’round the internet, her younger half-sister Kendall Jenner rang in her 25th birthday over Halloween weekend with 100 guests at a rooftop bar in West Hollywood.

Jenner’s maskless birthday party occurred at a dark time for pandemic statistics, as the U.S. has seen another spike in cases and deaths. California currently leads the country with 445,000 cases since March, including 10,000 new ones confirmed on Oct. 31.

Unfortunately, it seemed as though Jenner knew that she was making a poor decision, seeing as partygoers captured cards that were scattered throughout the party saying: “Take all the photos you want, but please do not post on social media of any kind.”

With it being 2020 and the room being full of celebrities like Justin and Hailey Bieber, Travis Scott, Jaden Smith, Paris Hilton, The Weeknd, Quavo, Saweetie, Doja Cat and members of Jenner’s famous family to name a few, the request was fruitless.

It was even Jenner’s own sister, Kylie, who was providing most of the photographic evidence of the evening to the public.

Instagram users were also confused by what Jaden Smith’s costume was, considering he was seen posing with an oxygen tank in one of Kylie Jenner’s Instagram Stories.

The most terrifying footage from the night was of Kendall receiving her birthday cake. The video was quickly circulated on Twitter because it depicted the birthday girl blowing out candles — a major COVID no-no — and startling an employee working the party who was wearing a mask.

“It’s the poor man literally trying to gtfo the way from Kendalls blow for me,” someone tweeted in response.
