- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce

Directions
Dumplings
- Beat one egg in a small bowl and set aside.
- Thoroughly combine pork, garlic, egg, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a large bowl.
- Place a dumpling wrapper on a lightly floured work surface and add about one spoonful of the filling to the middle.
- Wet the edges of the dumpling wrapper with a bit of water, then press and crimp them together to seal the dumpling.
- Repeat this process with the remaining dumpling wrappers and filling.
- Heat 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place 8-10 dumplings in the pan and cook until browned, about 2 minutes per side.
- Pour in half of a cup of water, then cover the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes or until the dumplings are tender and the pork is cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining dumplings.
Dipping Sauce
- Whisk together garlic, green onions, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil in a bowl. Now all you have to do is serve, dip, and enjoy!
